"I booked the room with free breakfast and paid for it, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me breakfasts are not included. I was extremely patient to show her my receipt, ask her to check with her manager, etc. She said, ok, ok, I got it. I had to come down and talk to her for three times about this issue the next morning, and she was extremely rude. This experience is horrible."

"Unbelievable, world class service. Every staff member assisted me with a smile and asked if they could do anything to make my stay better. They suggested restaurants, assisted in procuring transport, and always greeted me like family. Clean, large room and very affordable. Excellent breakfast as well. Owen is the best. He represents his hotel - and country - extremely well and they both should be grateful to him. The lobby is clean, stylish, and family friendly. Happy children scamper and play....

"The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well....

"Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and bedding, as well as happy hour food and drinks. Breakfast has lots of choices as well. The gym is spacious and clean with new equipment. "We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm."
