"Great hotel. Wonderful room. Room servicing staff excellent. Restaurant needs a lot of work. The wine was opened and poured without tasting being offered, the food served was cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen, waiting staff didn’t seem to be trained sufficiently for a restaurant that’s trying for ‘fine dining’. No apology was offered for the food being served cold and when, at the end it was said that the service was unacceptable, a ‘we told the kitchen’ was offered by way of...

"Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you. "
