"A cozy and safe room we had, they had a little candy package to welcome us and the view was unbelievable, not to mention the little surprises and events they had. They even had daily life materials and free netflix. Overall, the condition was sensational and it was quite inviting, for someone who likes cozy, convenient rooms (lovely water view) 10/10! "

"I stayed at Quest Newcastle yesterday with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great place for families!"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom loft cottage. It was lovely and spacious, comfy beds (although I would suggest bringing own pillow). The garden's were lovely and nice pools. The tv in our cottage was in a strange position, ie not in front of the lounges which was a bit frustrating to watch. The restaurant was also being renovated during our stay so no-where to eat but there was a range of courtesy buses available to pubs etc. But all up nice place to stay. "

"Pros: our 3 bedroom apartment was very large and beds very comfortable. Location was great. We walked everywhere and close to station. Nice bars close by. Cons: showers, glasses and cups were filthy and dishwasher didn’t work properly. Reception only open very limited hours each day. Wifi didn’t work the entire weekend. Sliding door to balcony didn’t shut properly/lock."
