"The check in experience was great, really friendly reception staff explained everything. Room was good size, nice and clean. Only complaint would be was top warm and window quite old and stiff to open. We had a drink in the bar and the service was atrocious!!! If we hadn't been staying there we would have walked out. There was a party in front that got served and then The bar person just walked out of the bar. Nothing said to us, no explanation, nothing at all. When she came back eventually more than 5 minutes later with no apology for leaving us standing there waiting. I ordered 2 drinks which she couldn't remember and then got wrong. Any other place I would have walked out."

"Lovely place staff couldnt do enough for you very helpful. Food was lovely. They dont do breakfast but plenty of cafes near by . Its on the main road. So a bit noisy but that didnt bother us . Would definitely stay again ."

"From the second we walked in we were greeted with lovely reception staff, the lady who served us was amazing kind and always had a smile , the room was unbelievable and clean, would 1000% be my first choice for a hotel getaway again! "

"We had a lovely stay in a really lovely hotel. Room very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. We had a family party there and the food for their buffet was delicious and plenty of it. Later that evening we had a meal there and Was delicious. Again breakfast was great and plenty of choice. All the staff at each of the stages of our day were friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Will be visiting again when we are in the area visiting relatives. "

"This lovely hotel is perfectly located; it is a short drive from Blists Hill Victorian Town and the Ironbridge attractions. Highly recommended. Telford town centre with plenty of nice restaurants and great shopping is just a few minutes away. The air museum at RAF Cosford is only ten miles away. Remember to bring your swimwear for the hotel pool! Highly recommended. 😊"
