Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could. Or fix the problem...
