"For me, this place was perfect! It was just me and my dog, so it was more than enough space. The place is decorated simply and very cozy. My only concerns (not enough to lower rating) are there is no outside lighting and the lock on the back door does not lock unless you are holding the door and pulling it toward you. "We visited Luray, the Caverns, and Shenandoah NP. Property is really nice, clean, comfortable, and located near grocery stores and restaurants. We felt completely safe. Beautiful, private back yard with seating and fire pit. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed the AC heating system. Great TV in family room. Quiet at night. "Clean and organized cottage, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just be aware no wifi and no cell phone reception inside the house and poor reception outside (Verizon). There is a couple of miles to drive on unpaved and at time rough terrain but we did not have problems with our minivan.Great location right in front of the river.
