"I want to start off by saying do not pass on this location. The Codo is great and spacious. Very quiet, clean and everything you need is provided for. Just go food shopping and all supplies are there. I just never figured out how to work the coffee maker. lol. In walking distance to several different restaurants and the convention center."

"Overall a very good property. Clean, neat, well provisioned. One caution: front door of apartment does not have a fixed lock. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a unit below. The front door of the apartment only has a safety chain. When you leave the apartment, and any valuables you don’t wish to carry with you, you can only ‘lock’ the front door with the chain and exit through back open porch steps.
