For the price we pay we get jipped in service. Upgrade or no upgrade. Utensils sre cheap too. Guess I better look for a better hotel with higher standards. "

They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site.
