When we arrived we had just flown in from Denver with a toddler, and we have been traveling for more than 12 hours, so we reached out to see if we could access the unit a little earlier and they were very kind in letting us do so."

The host thought of every comfort detail, from signs that point out the variety of pillows available for comfortable sleep to a basket on the table with the fixings for a pasta dinner on the house. We also needed an emergency night added on and the host responded immediately and accommodated. The location is so convenient and safe. We would stay again and highly recommend! "

"The location and unit were great and spacious for my needs. I took full use of the washer/dryer to return home from my trip with clean clothes. The coffee maker was really, really dirty and I did not use it at all. I enjoy my morning coffee and could not because the machine was dirty, with dirty standing water in it. The microwave did not heat properly. Microwaves are inexpensive nowadays, so let's obtain a good one, please. The walls are super thin. There were renters in the upstairs unit who...

"Had a few issues but the host worked extremely hard to remedy. Nothing that was in their control, but worked hard to remedy and ensure we were taken care of."

"Had a great time at the property. The view was beautiful (even if cloudier than normal for Colorado. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. It’s easy access to Rte 24. There is a safeway nearby for groceries, too. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!!"

"The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. "
