"I'm a local who chose this property for a "staycation" and I will definitely come back! Our room was spacious, clean, and had fun additions like a working type writer and record player. We were a five minute walk from Ice Blocks and parking was no problem. The host Barbara has lots of adorable Frenchies and is super fun to talk to- had a great breakfast with her! I would definitely recommend this to locals and tourists. LGBTQ friendly as well. Thank you!!"

"Plenty of room for a good-sized family. Nice neighborhood. Location near two highways that lead to many local things was a huge plus, we zipped around the Davis/Woodland/Sacto area easily and quickly. Not luxury, but a nice, pleasant place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked and we shared several meals together. Host was excellent at answering any questions. Fully recommended!"
