"The front desk service was great, but the bar table service was nonexistent - we had to repeatedly go to the bar to place all of our orders and no one ever came to our table to provide service, even though we were there for a couple of hours. Then they tagged 20% onto our bill for the services we didn’t receive. There were only 3-4 tables occupied, so it certainly wasn’t because they were busy. It cost us over $90 for 4 beers and two sandwiches with fries. The only saving grace was the young lady providing the music, she was very talented."

"The location is perfect from the Seattle Convention Center, Pantages, and the mall (2 mins). A nine minute walk to the Market Center. The hotel is clean and they will guide you with any questions. "
