"Our stay at this property was perfect for a four day visit to NYC. The financial district was an excellent location, we had the subway and water ferry accessible (walkable and safe distance). But most importantly the staff was incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful (made us feel at home). Martin and Jennifer at reception were incredible too. In-property storage of luggage was definitely a highlight, this helps when flying in before check-in and giving us the opportunity to start explore etc. Overall a wonderful stay, I would stay at this location in the future, highly recommend it. "

"This is the second Arlo I’ve stayed at and it was as good as the first. The room was tiny but had pretty much everything you need and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Must be an Arlo thing. Nice little extras like a credit for Citibikes makes the cost of the room more reasonable. I’d definitely stay again. "
