"This was a perfect property for our family traveling with 2 large dogs. The bungalow had its own fenced in area which was perfect. The place had bunk beds for our kids and large bed for us as well as a couch in the living room. The patio was peaceful with a retractable awning. "The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"My stay at Scandic exceeded all expectations. The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the U and S trains. The staff were exceptional; communication was seamless, and their service was incredibly accommodating. Cameron, who checked me in, was both kind and understanding. Since my room was ready ahead of time, I was able to check in early, drop off my luggage, and explore the city right away. One evening, my ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was misplaced in the hallway, but the staff quickly provided a replacement, even late at night (around 10 pm). I truly appreciate the hospitality and comfort during my stay, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Berlin!"
