"I was not offered my VIP items. No rm upgrade and I had to ask for the free bottle of wine promised when booking. That said, rm was spacious, comfortable and easy walking to multiple restaurants & bars. Also real close to the beach. Even found street parking for free right out front. Hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help."

"Villa was very clean and tidy. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Quiet and private with separate access. Nice yard area and garden and fully fenced for fur babies. Hosts were friendly and helpful and checkin was easy and everything was ready for our arrival. Property is very close to parks, playgrounds, beach. Overall a lovely option for a stay in Illawarra."

"Bit disappointment for the stay. The studio is small, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Can’t open curtains as there are people stay at the back of house kept walking pass. There is no privacy. It is a garage converted to studio, not proper walls, just glass window with curtain. It is overpriced for what it is. We only stay there because we have a dog. There are maintenance need to be done. Looks like the owner just keep everything cheap but charge premium price."
