"I couldn't imagine a better place to be in 100 degree+ heat. The cabin was clean, cool and comfortable, but the river front access was a highlight. There are many chairs to sit and watch the river and passersby. There are floaties secured in the water with a small "beach" access for children and adults alike to splash in the cold water (at their own risk, off course). "An amazing experience. Rosie is the most generous and thoughtful host. So many extras, from the chili and corn bread upon arrival to the oatmeal and fresh apples for breakfast The roses from her garden smelled so very good. The night sky was so clear, star watching was chilly but delightful. We'll definitely be staying with Rosie again."

"I needed a nice local getaway to work and gather my thoughts. This place was perfect. Quiet with just the sound of the river flowing. Will go back for sure!!"

"My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! Beautiful property, floating the River was a blast, the cabins are newly remodeled and so cute/clean! Will be coming back"

"The property is gorgeous! Lots of float options within a quick trip of the cabin. We floated from Chinook park to the cabins at least 6 times. About a 40 minute float and a 4 minute drive for drop off! Floated to the splash pad water park and stopped for a picnic and let the kids play. Property was gorgeous, beds are comfy, owner was quick to respond with any and all our request."

"The house was quiet, no neighbors. It is a litte ways from anywhere you might want to go, but doable. The care taker, or owner was very nice and even told us about a few places we could visit. There were a lot of games to keep you busy at the house if you just wanted to get away. However the dishes were dirty, the shower had mold and needed to be cleaned before we could use it, and there was so much food in the freezer and refrigerator we could barely get anything in them."

"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people "

"Loved this adorable, clean cabin in the middle of Grant's Pass. You walk through the gate and your trasformed into a cluster of cute cabins. Lots of care was put into it. We will stay next time in the area."
