"I can’t tell you how many times we said “what a beautiful location” this weekend! It is truly stunning! We enjoyed use of the lake and the many kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats they had. We also enjoyed feeding the miniature horses apples. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room! Close to the wine trail, Giant City and Carbondale. "The cabin was very clean and cozy. The decor was perfect. The layout was nice, especially the open floor plan. The hot tub is spectacular - lights, lots of modes, great temperature control. No WiFi, which we knew in advance, and used our Hotspots on our phone. The TV was listed as a Smart TV, so we thought we could watch Netflix and other apps that we have subscriptions to at home, but the stations were through an antenna and very limited and the reception was spotty. Not a deal breaker for us...
