"The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! But the first night in room 303 was terribly cold and we asked to change it. 324 was warm and ok. "

"Really lovely stay - booked this hotel by mistake but had no regrets about the mistake. Executive room is clean, large and decor is urban style. Cleaning staff are fantastic. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Some of the reception staff are helpful. Massive thanks to Maia on reception who was friendly and helpful. Also recommend the shop with no name around the corner where the lady is so friendly and smiley"
