I really wanted to like my experience here, but this hotel is a luxurious facade. The check in experience was an absolute nightmare; the property manager did not communicate with me at all, and it took me an hour and a half to get the check in process sorted out because Expedia made a grave mistake and gave us the wrong number to a different company, resulting in the wrong people getting reprimanded (the concierge people at the apartment were amazing and super helpful, and I’m super grateful for them!) Once we entered room, it looks absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, but looks are deceiving. There were not enough towels for everyone (we only had 2 towels for 3 people), I had no proper pillows to sleep on when using the pull-out couch, (I had to use the decorative pillows on the couch), there were no towels in the kitchen, one of the toilet buttons didn’t work, the detachable shower head did not work, there was garbage in the freezer from the previous customers, and the wall lights in the bedroom did not work. It’s a shame because the room is gorgeous, the location is convenient and close to all of the main attractions, and as mentioned before, the concierge staff amazing, but the experience that I had has ruined my stay. I would not recommend staying here
