"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "Absolutely fantastic choice if you want a budget option that doesn't feel like budget (who doesn't)?! I had booked an alternative on the High Street, but cancelled and plumped instead for North Hill Hotel having read their review. I didn't eat there, but you'd be hard pushed for a better venue for the price. When I stay there again I'll be trying the bar out! Thanks for a wonderful two night stay. "
