"We booked this property for its proximity to Chichester and Goodwood Revival. It totally met our expectations, the location was great, the property exactly as advertised! We enjoyed the walks along the beach and the hospitable local pubs. David and Sarah were responsive and excellent hosts."

House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

Location also good - you can walk to the beach/seafront from here, and get a bus to the dockyard area. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were very responsive! "We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. The coast is within easy reach, our favourite destination being Littlehampton which we really enjoyed. There were a few gripes (the TV could be larger, you have to walk through the...

"3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."
