"The food and drink were excellent and quality in every way. The room was perfectly clean and well decorated. I normally stay in Bristol when travelling for work but the short journey from here has made this a firm favourite over any other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. "

"We had roooms in the converted stables and they were great. The accessible room was perfect for someone with poor mobility. The food was good, but the service in the restaurant was extremely slow, waiting almost an hour after ordering for cereal and croissants for breakfast. However, the staff were lovely and very apologetic. "

"The is a lovely little in, ideal for a short stop-over. The staff in the pub were extremely welcoming, it has a great atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. The only down side is, the room I stayed in is next to a commercial site which has bright spotlights, this means that even with the curtains closed the room wasn't overly dark. Also the bed wasn't that comfortable, so I didn't sleep very well. Overall a pleasant stay, and possibly somewhere I would consider for a future stay."
