Great sense of humour and nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. The location is great with the transport museum next door and Southwold, Snape and Aldeburgh a short drive away. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and also return if we visit Suffolk again. "

"One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!"
