"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. "The 'Pendine Sands B B' is adjacent to a spectacular looking medivial church. (By the way: we attended a Sunday Mass and we were taken aback by the warmth of the congregation, with which we - total strangers - were welcomed). The entire area is very serene and calming. The hosts are the kindest people we have met for as long as I can remember. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Everything in this property is spotless and to the highest of standards. "My wife and I stayed for 4 nights for a mini-break to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mike and Tracey helped us to enjoy our time by suggesting places to visit and good places to dine. They also presented us with a nice box of chocs and a card which was a lovely surprise. "

"Spacious room with access to mezzanine floor containing air beds and use of kitchen as agreed with the owners. We were there to attend our daughter's 40th birthday party and were able to use the kitchen to complete decorating the cake which we took to the party. Nice breakfast and convivial hosts."
