"Great little spot for a simple overnight stay when passing through on a bike tour. Check-in via keys in a lock-box, clear instructions on the door with a number to call. Very friendly host on the phone, room was basic but clean and well prepared, wifi code laid out. We didn't know this before booking, but there is also a small courtyard through the entrance hall where bikes can be left (they need lifting up a few steps), which is ideal if you don't want to leave them locked up on the...

Wir wurden von den Vermietern, Irene und Frank sehr herzlich begrüßt unser Hund wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern sehr liebevoll aufgenommen.Hierfür noch mal vielen Dank. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Haus aus konnte man lange Spaziergänge ins Moor machen. "It is a really fabulous historic building that has been restored to it's former glory. The apartment is on the upper floor and covers the whole floor. So it is latge and comfortable with a small backyard looking balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A backery is just around the corner and downtown Elmshorn just a few minute walk away. The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Could not have asked for better hosts. We loved it!"

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."
