"This is an excellent house and location! You truly feel like you are away from it all. The house is close enough to Broken Bow and the state park/Hochatown, yet away from the traffic and crowds. Lisa was easy to communicate with and the house was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there in the kitchen and the grill, games and fire pit made for wonderful family evenings. "

"My Hubby booked this adorable place in Broken Bow. He looked for something that had a large bath tub, a hot tub, an outside area and a fire pit. When we arrived it was a cute off the road community. "This was our 42nd wedding anniversary and we loved Sunshine and Roses. The road in is a little rough, but that is not the property owner’s responsibility. "It was my early birthday weekend getaway. Ginger was an amazing Host! She kept us up to date on everything and even had a scavenger hunt at the clubhouse if you have kids. Communication was top tier. My family and I had a great time staying at Lazy River retreat. The GPS took us to a different location at first but once we changed it to broken bow state park it took us to the right direction and it’s right before getting there it’s a big sign on the right side with a big entrance not to miss....

"It was very relaxing and quiet. The house was clean and the check in was fairly easy though I struggled with the front door lock it wasn’t too much of a hassle. We had plenty of room to spread out, our stay included my husband, me and 4 teenage boys who loved the hot tub, pool and definitely put the basketball court to use. Note: If you plan on utilizing the master bathtub, be prepared for it to take 30 minutes to fill up to halfway because the water pressure is low."

"This is an adorable cabin that is in a great location. Yes, some additional cabins have been built nearby, but there is plenty of space and privacy between cabins so that you don’t see any neighbors unless you feel like intruding on someone else’s vacation.
