"This was my first time staying at Hillcrest and it was so lovely! The owner and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. The location is convenience to restaurants, a mall, and the beach. I will definitely be back!"

"No Wi-Fi for during our stay, no breakfast served whereas during the booking time it was indicated that it will be provided. No landline to communicate. We have to go up and down to ask things. No receptionist on our arrival and when we had to sign-out. We had to ask a cleaner to take the key and leave. "
