"I wanna start by saying the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly provided amazing customer service to myself and my family. The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the food was good. I definitely wanna shout out the front desk not only where they friendly to myself and my family. Every time we had an interaction. "I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about.
