"A great hidden gem in Tyler! Far enough off the main roads that it’s quiet & remote, but close enough to the I-20 that everything is close by & easily accessible. The host are great at ensuring you have everything you need to make the place functional for an extended stay with a fully functional kitchen stocked with all the appliances and dishes you could need. "We rented the house for the weekend as we had an event to attend. We brought the family and two small dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The lake was very nice and although we didn’t have time to fish, it looks like a nice place to relax and catch a few. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. We didn’t have to worry about them running off. There are neighbors nearby but we never saw or heard them. Restaurants aren’t far away in Gilmer either if you don’t...

"I stayed 3 nights with my two grandsons we had a great time. We fished the near by lakes it’s best if you have a boat. On Saturday we drove to Lonestar to the water park on lake that was really nice. Great local restaurants food was great and the people were very friendly. Overall great experience. The only issue we had was barking dogs early in the morning. "
