The house is located at Praire point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the southern part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to U of M, 20 mins drive to Downtown, 7mins walk to bus stop play park and few minutes drive to shops & gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood. The house has a big backyard.

This unit worked perfectly for our needs. It was easy to get to and close to great shopping and dining options. It a perfect place for our quick weekend trip. We would definitely stay again.
This is a good choice for anyone in the South end of Winnipeg who basically just needs a place to sleep and prepare basic food. We were visiting family who live here so we were out of the house basically all day……and as it is abit more basic, this suited us just fine!!
It is always nice to have laundry especially when travelling with kids.
The location was convenient to Bridgewater, access to Kenaston and the perimeter so getting around was easy
Beds were comfortable and Helen was a great host.
