"Lovely area to explore, close to some great towns and attractions including heaps of wineries. Apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. Hosts happy to share their local knowledge which is always appreciated. Even though it was the a hot day 39 degrees the apartment was still nice and cool upon our return. Nice little outdoor area to enjoy as well. Highly recommend staying at this apartment."

"I had a wonderful peaceful one week vacation at this property. The owner who lives next door is very kind and welcoming. A microwave oven will be a handy addition to the kitchen but we managed. The heating worked very well during the cold nights. The early breakfast in the glass room was amazing. I recommend this apartment to every one specially to families with small children."

The property is situated in a quiet town that is near major attractions (crystal making & the historic town of Bitchie) and stores. You are also close to the German border. As for the accomodation, it is a spacious modern apartment with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Excellent for families or two couples. "Windstein is a beautiful quiet village and so many of the villages around there were very pretty. The gite was spotless, it has a very small kitchen but the lounge and the bedrooms are fine, we also loved playing pool.
