Main Floor Common Rooms
With a bright and open concept, the main floor is designed to create a space where families can comfortably enjoy time together, whether you’re whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen, hanging out at the dining room table or kicking back on the couch. There’s also an entire wall of windows that provide natural light and bring the outdoors' beauty indoors.
Recreation Room
You’ll find a large and comfortable recreation room on the bottom floor. This is a huge benefit to families with kids who want to have their own space to spread out and enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the toys provided. It’s also the perfect spot for a family movie night.

A Chef’s Kitchen
The timeless and beautiful design of the kitchen begs for large yummy meals to be made here. If you’re the chef in the family, you’ll love how immaculate and new everything is, from the large double door fridge, gas stovetop (for optimal cooking control) and the large island to spread out dishes and let your family help themselves. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

There will be enough parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage. If you need additional parking there is visitor parking right across in the middle of the complex.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.
The Hygge Hideaway is located in one of the most desirable communities called The Hideaways. When you stay here, you’ll be nestled in among the Purcell Mountains with alpine views of the Rocky Mountains.

Lake Windermere: Just steps away from your door, you’ll find private access to our exclusive ¼ mile of sandy beach located along Lake Windermere’s eastern shoreline. Here you’ll find:

Radium Hot Springs (16.6km): In just over 10 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.
The Whiteway (7.8 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records, you can’t miss this. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.
Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from The Hygge Hideaway. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by is Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
Panorama Ski Resort (25.4 km): A world-class ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding, heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more.
The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. No boats or trailers are allowed in this complex. Please contact us ahead of time if you require parking for these types of items and we will do our best to support you.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
7. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
8. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
