"For the price I paid, sharing with a friend, it was a really comfortable, safe stay. We were staying in one of the private single bed rooms - beds were comfortable and clean, room was well decorated (loved the graffiti mural on the wall), and the bathroom was well suited. The fridge was a really handy, especially with the Edeka nearby. "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....
