"We had a group of 13 and one infant staying here for a church retreat. The house was awesome and the kitchen utensils well-stocked, perfect for hanging out and eating meals together between lake activities! We loved getting to have kayaks on the premises to use in the lake. We used the hot tub and firepit at night, both amazing for our group to have on-site. There was a gas station not far away where one of our group members got firewood, very handy too! Finally, Jake and Jeff from Freedom Property Management were awesome to work with. They were super responsive and helpful, assisting with any (few) issues we had quickly and enthusiastically. Even getting a plumber on site after hours on Friday when we first arrived. Seriously the best! We would definitely try and rent at one of their properties again!"

"From start to finish, this house, amenities, and location was just what we needed! This beautiful home and surroundings helped all us all find some much needed rest, relaxation, and fun! 17 of us (church ladies) were very comfortable in the bedrooms...Lots of space.We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaking, and fellowshipping at the large tables. Highly recommend this home for large families. The hosts are wonderful! We certainly plan to book with them again! Bless this home and all who book with you!"

"You cannot overestimate the restorative power of a quiet and beautiful setting like this. The home was lovely and very spacious. We had everything we needed and more - including kayaks and fishing poles to make the most of the lake front property. I was surprised at just how beneficial it was for our whole family, teens included, to be away and enjoying the natural surroundings together. Whether on the water, the porch, or exploring in town, we found so much to enjoy together. "

"The property and house are even more beautiful than the photos. The rooms are large and everything was comfortable. There were lots of essentials provided such as beach towels, coffee pods, etc. Our trip was all about fishing at Tim’s Ford lake. We were able to park our truck and boat in the driveway, which was an essential requirement. The boat ramp was ten minutes away. Communication with the property management company was excellent. All information we needed to know in advance and at checkout was readily available. The Twin Creek gated community is excellent, quiet and residents were friendly. We look forward to staying at this house again. It was fabulous! "

"We love visiting Tim’s Ford Lake. This was our first time in the Spring. House was Gorgeous & Modern! Kids loved the game room & Projecter Tv. Everything was SUPER comfy. Plenty of room to spread out! Not a lot of extras as far as pantry items. Walmart does deliver to this area which was helpful! Dock was very nice & walk/drive wasn’t terrible. A golf cart would have been a nice addition!! Neighborhood was very quiet. Fishing wasn’t great in the early spring but that’s to be expected. Great home on the Lake! "
