We had the best time at the lake. The house was setup perfectly and the pool next door was so much fun with our 1 year old. The close proximity to great restaurants and grocery store was super convenient. We would love to stay here again!

Great Fourth of July getaway on the lake!
This was a great spot to celebrate and get away for a few days. Located right next to the community pool, which was perfect for our kids! House is spaced out enough for everyone to have a great time. The movie room upstairs was awesome each night!!! Great location in Winchester, very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Would love to go back again!

The location of the property was very good. Our 3-year-old granddaughter enjoyed the pool right next door. We enjoyed being so close to Winchester. The sunsets from the porches were beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home.

Winchester Hideaway!
What a wonderful home to enjoy time on a quiet corner of Tim's Ford Lake. Plenty of room to relax, enjoy the lakefront and all that nature offers. Deah was fabulous to work with pre and post renting. Extremely responsive and so accomodating. Gary, the property manager, very helpful & personalable. Definitely looking at this property for a Fall escape!

Nice house for family gatherings
The house was really a great size for a multi-generational family reunion over Thanksgiving. We were able to spread out and not feel on top of one another and the two kitchens were an added bonus. The theatre room was fun to watch movies at night. We had trouble regulating the heat upstairs and the master bed mattress was comfortable but "crunched" every time we rolled over. The home is quite nice but there are a few things the owners should address - we provided a list upon checkout. The town of Winchester is so cute. Wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the lake in the backyard!

GREAT MEMORIES MADE
Property was great, and we had wonderful time. My hubby is 84 and is on PD dialysis each night for 12 hours. We came to visit our grandson and our first great grandson who turned 2 while we were there. Grandson 's Mom dropped by from WV. We had our 4 children there.They were all under 1 roof again. Gary, the property manager was wonderful and most gracious. My husband is on dialysis for 10 to 12 hours. Our bedroom was the only one in the house, without TV, but accessible to his wheelchair. Gary brough over TV, but could not get it to work, so he went to Walmart and bought a new one. That 10 to 12 hour period would have been very boring without a TV. Thanks Gary, that was over and beyond the call of duty. The property and the memories made are great.

Nice property on the lake
The house was very nice. It had a lot of the amenities you would need which made it nice. The view was beautiful and being next to the pool was a bonus. Our family had a great time and would stay again.

Great Location
The house is in a great location with access to lake and community pool next door. House is also close to a local beach area and marina. You can kayak and fish easily. The house was perfect and has lots of space if staying with extended family or friends. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Family Vacation & 4th of July
This property exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately cared for and very comfortable. Sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine were the most relaxing parts of the day. The property owner and property manager addressed all of our needs (which there weren't many) right away. The residents in the community were welcoming and friendly. The property was the best location of the block. I would recommend this to friends, family and I would definitely stay here again.
