"A warm welcome from the friendliest receptionist (sorry we didn’t get her name). She looked after our bags while we had a delicious lunch in the brasserie. Our room was lovely - clean and spacious with a lovely bottle of wine. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely quality although from an eco point of view a shame to see so much single use plastic. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of fruits/cereals and pastries and a choice of hot food made to order. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay enhanced by every single member of staff being so warm and friendly. We will definitely stay with you again when we return to Stratford upon Avon. "

"They had a full service gym attached to the hotel which was excellent. The breakfast offered a nice variety on both hot and cold side. Rooms were a bit small but I wasn’t planning to dance in it and the beds were comfortable."
