"Nice rooms, very very clean. Breakfast service was speedy and staff were very nice and helpful. Let down: on arrival we were not given full brief on timings of cafe/restaurants. We visited the spa and wanted to have some food straight after, where we asked a member of staff if it was open , they said yes, so we approached and then was told no, we stop serving food. Which is fine but would have been good to know on arrival of hotel, so we could plan our time around it. Other than that,...

"This was a charming little cottage with a bright extension and the perfect base for our family of 4 to explore the Cotswolds. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots, and even a laundry and good sized fridge. Shower and plumbing worked great. We also appreciated the fireplace during the cooler spring evenings! "

"The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*"
