"This is a local no-frills pub with a few rooms for accommodation. It was ideal for our overnight stay. We had a few drinks in the bar, had a brilliant spicy pizza ( cooked to perfection) and enjoyed a pleasant conversation with a local worker. Breakfast was plentiful with food to suit all tastes. The bed was very comfortable and all programmes on the tv were accessible through TNT. "

"Terrific staff. Very large room, king bed we're excellent linens. The bathroom towel warmer was a nice plus. They were very welcoming when we arrived and took a straight to our room even though it was very late. We slept well and really enjoyed the easy walk into town. About 8 minutes. Excellent parking right out front, completely off the street. I could hear a very slight amount of noise from the street but there was also a fan in the room and that blocked it out nicely. "We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times.
