"This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. But we were pleased with this booking. I hope to book this place again next year if it is available."

No wi-fi at the property was a challenge because many of us didn’t have a carrier with an adequate signal- luckily I was there with friends and talked a lot and didn’t really need it. "

"If you're looking for a "fancy" house, this is not for you. But in saying that, it was perfect for my small family. Great location, close to amazing restaurants and Busco Beach. All the necessities were there in case you forgot something. Keurig coffee station was a wonderful start to the day! Drinking coffee on the screened in back porch while the pups ran around the huge fully fenced in backyard, this was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! "We enjoyed our stay in this charming house located in a quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac.The house didn't disappoint because it was clean, modern, and had all the listed amenities. My family needed a house that was close to Raleigh and surrounding suburbs. An added bonus was it was pet friendly and my dog appreciated the fenced yard. Our host, Mrs James, was available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this home and would come here again."

"Tastefully decorated,clean and comfortable.Living room lighting needs to have less bright overhead options. Dimmer is good but overhead spots need to be lower wattage! Lamp is another option. Bedrooms all need a small side table or bureau and a mirror. "
