I had mold black mold in the shower I was in the handicap room and the black mold was in the shower I took pictures of it took it to the front desk they told me I had to contact y'all so can you please call me back

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is under going renovations currently but there were no issues with noise from construction. There was sporadic barking from dogs but that is to be expected in a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again on out next visit.

First room was on second floor having asthma. It was hard to get up there so I wanted to change rooms downstairs to the first floor person at front desk said there was nothing available because we had a third-party booking Expedia finally he gave us a room downstairs everything was fine until the people upstairs decided to take a bath, and the bathroom flooded downstairs in our room. They mopped it up and I guess talk to the people upstairs otherwise it was OK.

It was quite and back off the main road which was nice. I had many restaurants in the area which made dinner easy accessible. The staff were nice people and accommodating.

The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy but perfect place for a football weekend. We had a very late arrival due to a delayed flight. The staff had our rooms ready. The night staff was excellent. The hotel close to several fast food restaurants. It was walking distance to Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s and Chick fil a. Across the street, there are many more quick bite places. I will be staying at this property again. It was clean and easy!

The floor in the bathroom by the tub was broken and sunken in. The beds were very uneven and delapitated and the sheets were dirty. Staff next morning was rude and annoyingly loud.
