"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

"We had a very comfortable time in the cottage. When I asked Rachel if there was a coffee maker or French press in the home she said no and then messaged me that she’d gone out to get one for our stay. How lovely is that!? She left us a couple of treats as well. The cottage was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed for our winter retreat. "We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The view is spectacular and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s easy access to motorways, but feels miles away. Yvonne was a responsive, gracious host. "Barnacres cottages - was a really lovely place for a family gathering, so comfortable, really well kitted out and fab garden area for bbq, fire pit evenings. The tennis court was a real bonus for family fun. Lived it and would recommend highly."
