"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful. "The hotel is out of the city centre, about 30 minutes on the U-Bahn system. Its on a quiet street but there are plenty of bars/restaurants in the area. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Worth the effort to travel out of town to get and avoid the expense of staying in the centre."
