"Met by very friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable woman at front desk. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The grounds were well kept and landscaped. "This facility is an older building that has been relatively well maintained. All appliances functioned although the refrigerator was old and ran continuously. City water has a mild sulpher taste and guests are offered bottled water for drinking. We didn't try the morning breakfast, but went to a really nice coffee shop a block away. Bed was comfortable and there were bedside tables with reading lamps. For a small, rural town, this is a decent place to stay. "
