"This was a cute little house on a beautiful small lake and community. It was the perfect location for a small family gathering and for me to make lasting memories with her mom in her hometown with family. "We stayed at Feathered Acres relatively last minute (thanks Trisha!!) after making some travel plan changes and we had such a wonderful time. Travelled with mom and my two toddlers and we all had a blast. We stayed in the smaller studio unit the first night and the larger two bedroom unit the second night and both were so cute, thoughtful and comfortable! "Every year I get together with friends to play board games and ride on a lake. This was a great location to do it at. There was a few things that could use some slight upgrades but did not take away from the experience of the stay. Thank you again."

"Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and cozy. The views of the lake are amazing no matter what room you are in. Quiet neighborhood and yard felt private. Able to sit outside and enjoy the yard and lake without interruptions. Tracy does a fantastic job of supplies for all your needs. All you have to do is show up. "My friend with her girls and mother stayed with me here and we used it for our home base for a week long stay for the Bluegrass Jam Camp and festival in Richmond. It worked so well for us! Because it's over a bar/restaurant the kids could be as loud and jump around as much as they wanted! The unit is well stocked, and when we ran out of towels and TP Pat the property manager washed them all and brought them back quickly. "Had a wonderful end of summer stay on this Lake Florida property. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and we loved the beach, docks, and deck. Kids caught tons of fish from dock! Would definitely highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful little house with almost everything you need for a lovely lakeside vacation. The fridge-freezer is smaller than your standard size, but it easily held three days' worth of food with plenty of room to spare. Unless you're trying to pack a few cases of beer in there, I feel sure that you could fit enough food for an entire week.
