"Great option for Newcastle. Really impressive hotel. Easy to check-in, rooms are nice and clean and in very good condition. The inclusive breakfast is also great - although would be excellent if they had a barista-cart for a couple of hours each AM. Currently just a machine (but a pretty good one with real beans vs pods etc). Didn't know about the $20 parking on level 2 - but will definitely use that next time. Very close to the waterfront precinct. Pleasantly surprised really, and will have me looking into Holiday Inn Express options in my future travels. "

"If i had to be slightly picky, i would say the digital controllers for all the lights, blinds etc are great but they are too low, you have to bend over and really look at what is what, particularly when its dark already. Its a tiny thing but it's a convenience that if rectified would ever so slightly improve what is already a great place to stay. Thaankyou"
