"This house, the property and the location were perfect for our group. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed until Thursday. The house was very clean. Kitchen is a good size. Property is large. We had a big group and came to ride the trails. The location is very convenient at the head of Ride Royal Blue Trail 13. We had trailers, an RV, a fifth wheel and lots of trucks and SxS OHVs. Plenty of parking for everything. I highly recommend this if you are planning to ride Royal Blue, Tackett Creek,...

"Location and deck were great. House was not very clean. Lots of bugs. Supplied bath towels were tiny and thin."

"Beautiful home and setting. We did not notice that sheets weren't on the bed and everybody was having to make beds after midnight. One of the King beds had Queen sheets. We had to make do for the night and it was suckling resolved the next day"

"Perfect! Owner was awesome and incredibly responsive. The house was immaculate and ideal for us. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit too but we were able to stay high and dry and cozy in the house and avoid the torrential downpours. There is even a nice covered area to get to the carport from the house. Neat historical home close to everything and we were honored to be the first VRBO customer. Thank you for a great experience. "So wonderful! Gate and lock codes ahead of time and perfect. And the property is amazing! Super clean and prepared. Great views of the lake. Super stocked kitchen with crock pots and utensils. Enough room for the whole family to gather to eat and swap presents, but space to spread out and let teens hang out, the preteens play ideo games, and adults talk and catch up. Excellent stay! "
