Great staff, Matthew, the GM was kind and understanding. Ours was an unplanned weeklong stay. Matthew checked on us the morning after we checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed!!! The complimentary breakfast was amazing w hot eggs, sausage/biscuit, waffles etc. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We WILL stay here again when visiting at LMU.
