Sugar Beach Villa is located next to one of the only estuaries with a mangrove river inlet - perfect for kayaking, bone fishing or just floating on rafts as the tides change. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are available to explore the infamous Tropic of Cancer Beach. Spear and fish the local catch, conch, or lobster right in front of the villa’s reef. We are just 5 minutes away from two great local restaurants on the seaside in Williamstown, along with the historical salt pond, old ship marker and cannon.
