"This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!"

"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"We chose this place as a delayed Honey Moon since we got married in Covid. It surpassed our expectations. Waking up to these views and the sound of the water and birds in the morning was very relaxing. Mrs. Nancy was a great host and friend during our visit. You get so much more than a place to sleep here. It’s walking distance to everything you need ( conch salad , boat rentals, water taxi, liquor store, provisions, restaurants, and of course bars. We will definitely plan another visit."

"The property is located away from the town, off the beaten path. It is a nice hideaway for the remote traveler. It is an upstairs apartment and there are fruit trees in the yard! Also it is a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion would be to do a little upgrade to the place. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on that. The property manager is very communicative and responsive to concerns."

"its hard to pick which is more amazing, the house and beach or the hosts, Peter and Betty. walk out the door to one of the most picturesque and tranquil beaches you can imagine. close by groceries and supplies as well as the amazing fish fry. this was our third time and there will be more. "This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"

"The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages.
