"I went on a long weekend trip to Berlin and was really happy with this hostel. The price reflects the experience and it is cheap considering how convenient the location is (Lidl close by/next to a bus stop/close to 3 underground stations/touristy places are walkable). There were always bathrooms available when needed and there was lots of storage space. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...

"Worst place i have ever stayed. Not good sorroundings, there is drunk guys on the lounge, the room are smelly and hot with no ventilation. The hostal faces the train station so you wont get to sleep, because the train wont stop trough the night. The staff makes fun of you and has a bad attitude, i had to leave this place on mi first night and they wont give you a refound. When I told the reception lady that the train is way to noisy, she said: what do you expect if it is beside the train...
