"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are modern, spacious and have the bonus of either a memory foam or standard pillow. There is water bottle filling station and a coffee machine in the lobby available at all hours. The breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection, though there is a charge. The only drawback is the long walk,a good 30 minutes from the train station. 12 mins to the Christmas markets. "

"We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival. The room was fabulous- clean, modern yet sophisticated and appropriate to the local surroundings. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the bed and room were very comfortable. On top of excellent staff and excellent accommodations, the location could not be beat. I am thrilled that we picked this for a vacation destination. Many thanks!"
